Adult Case Coordination

The Arc of Multnomah-Clackamas’s Adult Case Coordination program provides ongoing assistance with life management skills for adults with developmental disabilities. Assistance is offered in the following areas:

Information provided for:

  • Community services
  • Financial entitlement programs
  • Residential and housing needs
  • Vocational needs
  • Health and mental health needs
  • General information and referral

Assistance offered for:

  • Managing individual income and budget
  • Self-advocacy needs


To qualify for this program, participants must

  • Be age 18 or over
  • Have a diagnosis of intellectual and/or developmental disability
  • Not be currently receiving services that adequately support needs related to an intellectual or developmental disability.
